How your details
are used.

Baking with Chase uses the Facebook name and email address you enter to identify your class enrollment, match it to your payment, send your payment and class access emails, and help with enrollment questions.

Payment and email providers

Payments are processed by PayMongo. This website stores your enrollment reference, payment status, PayMongo transaction references, and email delivery status. Your wallet or bank credentials are handled by the payment provider.

Class access emails are sent through Resend. Your name, email address, enrollment reference, and class access message are shared with Resend to send that email. These details are not automatically added to a marketing mailing list.

Class group access

The class group is hosted on Facebook. Opening its link takes you to Facebook, where your Facebook account and the group’s membership settings determine how you request to join.

Anonymous visitor counts

We use a first-party cookie lasting up to 90 days to estimate how many browsers visit our public pages. We store a hashed browser identifier and the visit date for up to 90 days. We do not include your IP address, page addresses, enrollment details, or email address in these counts, and do not connect these counts to your enrollment. The totals are visible only in the private admin dashboard.
